Microsoft Flight Launches

Also available for : PC

Microsoft Flight has officially launched. If you're curious how this long-running series has changed, you can check it out now for free. Even if you're terrified of the idea of piloting a plane, you should have an easy time of it in Flight, as the controls can be configured to make it simple to get into the air and back on the ground.

The entire game isn't free, however. To get all the content, like extra planes and challenges, there's a Hawaiian Adventure Pack available for $20. If you choose not to pay, you can still soar around above the Hawaii's Big Island in a limited selection of aircraft.

If you absolutely must fly every machine in the game, Microsoft charges $7.99 for the basic models of additional planes, which is limited to 'exterior views only.' If you want to actually look inside the cockpit, that costs $14.99. You can find impressions of the testing period in our previous coverage.

©2012-02-29, IGN Entertainment, Inc.
