Burien man charged with second-degree murder after police locate body of ex-wife According to the King County Prosecutors Office, 41-year-old Telesforo Hernandez-Roa of Burien was charged with "Murder in the Second Degree" after the body of his ex-wife, Ruth Castillo-Yanez, was located by police at the Kent Park and Ride on July 20th.

Triangle Properties Development has issued a writ of Mandamus in King County Superior Court to force the Seattle Police Department to take action against the Barton family, who are back in their home after an attempted eviction by the King County Sheriff's office on July 18, and arrest them for trespassing.
